I'm having a problem with a unit I recently purchased and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the matter. Odin3 V1.85 For Pc. The player will work fine with any original disc pressed back in the 80s but I am using this player for a specific disc that was pressed back in 2002.

I know the disc is good.actually I have 3 of the same disc that will play fine in a friends LD-V8000 but even his disc will not give me a 'focus lock' in my unit. Basically all of the discs just scan over the surface and the player never gives me the 'park' light on the front of the player. Anyway, if I spin the disc by hand with the cover off it will get a lock and the disc will play perfectly. Any suggestions?
